ABBOTSFORD (NEWS 1130) – Homicide investigators say the murder of a 24-year-old in Abbotsford appears to be targeted, but so far, his death is not being linked to gang violence.
The body of Joseph Kellington was found in a home on the 4500 block of Ross Road just after 5 p.m. last Friday.

Responding officers quickly determined Kellington was the victim of foul play, and the case was handed over to the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT).
Kellington was reported missing to Mission RCMP on January 31, 2017. He was last seen alive in the Abbotsford area two days earlier.
No arrests have been made in the case so far. Kellington was known to police, but police are still trying to figure out exactly when he was killed, who killed him, and why.
Investigators are looking to speak with anyone who may have seen Kellington from January 29 and onwards.
